Unclaimed Curations & Refused Deliveries

Because every Carat Club Co. piece is bespoke and meticulously handcrafted to order, all international sales are final. We kindly remind you that local clearance fees must be settled promptly upon the carrier's notification.

In the event that a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or local import taxes remain unpaid:

• Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our fine jewellery, we are strictly unable to issue refunds, store credits, or replacements under any circumstances if a parcel is returned, rejected, or unclaimed due to non-payment of local duties.

• Return or Abandonment: Whether the parcel is returned to our Hong Kong workshop or abandoned/destroyed by local customs authorities, the order remains entirely non-refundable. Any additional return shipping fees or storage costs incurred by Carat Club Co. will remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Once your bespoke creation departs our studio, you will receive a formal Shipment Confirmation via email to signal the beginning of its journey.

• Activation Window: Please note that tracking details typically update and become active within 24 hours of departure.

Customs, Tariffs & Local Taxes

Carat Club Co. holds no liability for any autonomous customs fees, statutory tariffs, or local import taxes applied to your parcel. Any and all levies, duties, or fees imposed during or subsequent to the shipping process remain the absolute and sole responsibility of the client.

Transit Damages & Loss Claims

Carat Club Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. In the rare event that your order arrives compromised, the recipient must initiate a claim directly with the designated shipment carrier.

• Evidence Preservation: To ensure a valid evaluation by the courier, please securely save all original presentation boxes, external packaging materials, and the damaged goods exactly as they arrived before filing your official claim.
