Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because every Carat Club Co. creation is a modern heirloom meticulously handcrafted on demand, each piece represents a dedicated artistic process. Consequently, we maintain a strict policy regarding the permanence of your selection.
- Bespoke Commitment: All sales are final. Carat Club Co. maintains a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Once an order has been placed and processed by our atelier, it cannot be canceled, altered, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
- Client Acknowledgment: By completing your purchase and finalizing your order, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree that all items are acquired on an absolute, "final sale" basis.
The Carat Club Co. Guarantee
While all sales are final, every piece remains protected:
- One-Year Complimentary Repair: If your jewellery needs attention within one year of delivery (a loosened stone, a clasp or fitting issue, plating wear under normal use), we will repair it free of charge.
- Manufacturing Defect Exchange: In the rare event a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@caratclub.co within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and we will craft a replacement of the same piece at no cost.
Every piece passes a final quality inspection in Hong Kong before dispatch.
